Marketing Artist (Remote)

Apptribe is a fast-growing startup, building AI powered mobile apps for global markets, reaching millions of users worldwide. We’re looking for a Marketing Artist who will be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives for our mobile apps.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, AI and performance. We believe the future of creative production is AI-native: one person with the right tools and workflows can now produce what used to take an entire studio. You’ll design engaging visuals, test ideas quickly, and learn how great creatives directly drive growth.

Some of Your Responsibilities

• Create video and visual ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and ad networks
• Use AI tools for image, video and voice generation and editing as your primary production method
• Produce multiple creative variations to test different hooks, formats, and styles
• Research and adapt social media and ad trends into new creative concepts
• Stay on top of new AI models and tools, evaluate them quickly, and bring the best ones into our production pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience (or strong personal projects) in design, video, or content creation
• Basic experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
• Good level of English, both written and spoken, since you'll be creating content for global markets
• Interest in performance marketing and understanding how creatives impact results
• A builder's mindset toward AI: you see it as a creative superpower, and you enjoy experimenting until you find what works
• A proactive mindset: you don’t wait for perfect briefs to start thinking or creating
• High energy, ownership, and a fast-learning attitude
• Eagerness to test new ideas, learn from results, and iterate quickly
• Willingness to take ownership of planning, producing, and executing social media initiatives
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Clear communication skills and a strong willingness to learn and grow
