WHAT YOU’LL DO Website & Content Update the website with new game releases, partnership announcements, and other content as it goes live Publish blog posts and website content provided by the team Apply basic on-page SEO when publishing (meta titles, meta descriptions, and image alt text) Keep the Game Master Sheet accurate and up to date Capture screenshots and gameplay videos for the website and marketing materials Organize and maintain marketing assets and files Streamer Clips & Community Monitor streamer content and identify standout gameplay moments Edit short vertical clips for our social media channels Support the management of our Discord community, including moderation, role management, and member engagement Vendor & Event Coordination Collect and organize supplier quotations for review Prepare travel and accommodation comparisons Coordinate event administration, including badge registrations, attendee lists, shipping, and other logistics Liaise with external vendors and follow up on deliverables Head of Marketing & Team Support Support the Head of Marketing with day-to-day coordination and task tracking Prepare recurring reports by gathering and organizing data for review Take meeting notes and track action items Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks across the marketing team WHO YOU ARE Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate work Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks Reliable, accountable, and able to follow through independently Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude WHAT YOU KNOW Experience 1+ year in a marketing or coordination/assistant role Video Editing Basic skills — comfortable cutting footage into short, social-ready clips Communication Good written English and clear communication with a cross-functional team Bonus: Experience with website CMS platforms (especially Webflow) Familiarity with Vimeo Experience managing or moderating Discord communities Experience coordinating travel, events, or external suppliers Interest in or knowledge of the iGaming industry We’re not a factory, we’re a studio.
