We are looking for someone who enjoys moving projects forward: organizing the details, following up on what is missing, checking the work before it goes live, and seeing an idea become a real campaign, event, or piece of content.

Calderaro Law Group is a U.S. immigration law firm serving companies, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and families making important decisions about their future in the United States.

HOW TO APPLY

Please read these instructions carefully:

1. Send your résumé in English. It should be no longer than two pages.
2. Include a link to your portfolio or two examples of content, design, campaigns, or events you helped create. Academic and personal projects are welcome. Briefly state what you personally contributed to each project.
3. In no more than 100 words and in English, answer the following:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Execute the Marketing calendar and action plans.
• Coordinate tasks, deadlines, materials, approvals, and deliverables.
• Create and adapt content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Design posts, stories, reels, flyers, banners, presentations, brochures, and other digital materials.
• Prepare copy, captions, headlines, and calls to action in English and Spanish.
• Support email marketing and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage forms, mailing lists, and marketing databases.
• Help organize webinars, interviews, and virtual events.
• Coordinate audiovisual content when needed, without being responsible for filming.
• Provide an initial response to digital leads and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Verify names, dates, links, copy, and document versions before anything is published or sent.
• Explore AI and automation tools that can improve the quality and efficiency of our work.
• Review and improve all AI-assisted work before it is used.
• Protect the confidential information of the firm and its clients.

WHAT BACKGROUND WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?

• A completed degree or final-semester studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• One to two years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Basic experience with Canva, social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
• Experience using AI tools or a demonstrated interest in learning how to use them.
• Availability to work full-time.

No prior immigration experience is required.
