Marketing Assistant, Customer Service & Admin Coordinator

We operate the leading marketplaces for buying and selling businesses in Sweden (Bolagsplatsen) and Finland (Yrityspörssi). Together, we have helped over 10,000 business owners sell their companies.

We are now looking for a Marketing Assistant, Customer Service & Admin Coordinator to join our Helsinki office, in Vantaa.

This is a broad and varied role for someone who enjoys marketing, customer interaction, and administration. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and CEO, playing an important role in our operations across both the Swedish and Finnish markets.

About the role

You will have three main areas of responsibility:

1. Marketing Assistant

• Support our Head of Marketing in planning and executing marketing activities.
• Coordinate campaigns, newsletters, and email marketing.
• Create, publish, and update content on our websites and digital channels.
• Monitor marketing activities and help improve our results.

2. Customer Service

• Act as a point of contact for our existing customers in Sweden and Finland.
• Assist business owners who are advertising their companies for sale.
• Handle enquiries related to listings, invoicing, buyer matching, complaints, and user accounts.
• Ensure fast, clear, and professional customer service.

3. Admin Coordinator

• Support our CEO with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Help develop and streamline our administrative processes.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who speaks Finnish natively and Swedish fluently. organised, service-minded, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. You are proactive, take initiative, and enjoy a role where no two days are the same.

We believe you:

• Speak and write fluent Swedish and Finnish, as both languages are used daily.
• Have experience in marketing, customer service, or administration.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Are comfortable with digital tools, actively use AI in your work, and are curious about how new technology can improve and streamline processes.
• Are hands-on, solution-oriented, and enjoy getting things done.
