Our client is a fast-growing real estate investment company focused on lead generation, digital marketing, and property acquisition. They leverage paid advertising and innovative marketing strategies to consistently generate high-quality leads and scale their business.

They are now looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support their marketing initiatives and help execute campaigns that drive business growth.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a motivated junior marketing professional who is eager to grow their career while working closely with the company's marketing leadership.

You'll support a variety of marketing initiatives, including social media content, Facebook advertising, creative asset production and various admin tasks. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. While this is a junior position, there are significant opportunities for learning, career development, and increased responsibility over time.

• Assist with the execution and optimization of Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Design engaging marketing creatives and ad assets based on provided briefs.
• Create compelling ad copy and strong calls-to-action that align with campaign objectives.
• Support social media marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to assist with ideation.
• Assist on various admin tasks related to the marketing departments
• Monitor campaign performance and implement creative improvements based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to test new marketing ideas and creative concepts.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Take ownership of assigned marketing projects and consistently meet deadlines.

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or creative marketing support (agency experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads creatives side and paid social advertising.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva.
• Excellent written English with the ability to write persuasive marketing copy.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Gemini or ChatGPT to improve productivity.
• Highly proactive with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or marketing agencies are required.

• Remote, full-time position, Latam based.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Hourly paid: 15-20$ an hour, tracked via Hubstaff.
