Job Description

• Position Title: Marketing Associate
• Working Location: Penang/WFH
• Working Hours: 5 days, 4 days weekdays, 1 day weekend (9.00am-6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary RM5,000 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (videos/images) social media platforms.
• Post regularly on social media accounts (daily or weekly).
• Design and develop marketing materials.
• Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads on platforms like XiaoHongShu (XHS), Meta, SEM, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, organize, and execute yacht-related events and activities.
• Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
• Familiar with WordPress CMS and HTML. Regularly update website content.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on social media, eg: Xiao Hong Shu and etc.
• Ability to independently plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta and SEM.
• Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns using various CRM platforms.
• Proficient in design and video editing software.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work on weekends if required.
