Marketing Automation Officer The Role: We are seeking a Marketing Automation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage and maintain the company’s marketing automation platform, ensuring its full potential is utilised for executing multi-channel campaigns effectively. The main responsibilities of the position include: Develop, implement and maintain automated multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the relevant teams Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance Assist in managing and cleaning data Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices and industry developments Build and test flows and content per channel Conduct thorough tests to assure the quality of new and existing campaigns Coordinate with Content and Translation teams Document and maintain platform processes and procedures Main requirements: BSc/MSc in marketing or related field 2 year experience as a Marketing Automation Officer , or proven experience in a similar role Deep understanding of Marketing Automation platforms and how they work Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of A/B testing Excellent communication and collaboration skills Very good written and verbal skills in English Benefit from: Attractive remuneration package Intellectually stimulating work environment Continuous personal development and international training opportunities All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
