Led by a visionary solo founder in Las Vegas, Nevada, this company specializes in performance marketing, high-touch advisory services, and scalable sales funnel execution. They are currently experiencing an exciting phase of growth, highlighted by the upcoming launch of their proprietary SaaS influencer platform software featuring built-in affiliate integration.

In this role, you will work directly with founder-led strategies, copy, and creative direction. You will serve as the crucial engine that personally builds, deploys, tests, and maintains end-to-end funnels, email sequences, CRM workflows, and core technical integrations.

3.) Key Responsibilities

• Translate founder strategies, copy, and creative assets into fully functioning end-to-end sales funnels, landing pages, and web forms.
• Build, execute, and optimize automated email marketing flows, broadcast campaigns, and behavioral messaging sequences.
• Set up and manage CRM pipelines, customer tagging structures, and system automations across marketing systems.
• Integrate core technology platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, and tracking parameters across all marketing touchpoints.
• Perform end-to-end quality assurance and live testing on customer journeys, funnels, and workflows prior to launch.
• Monitor, maintain, and report proactively on technical system performance, active funnel statuses, and potential technical bottlenecks.
• Continually identify manual, repetitive processes and replace them with automated, scalable workflows and system templates.

4.) Must-Have Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building and launching complete digital marketing funnels, landing pages, and email campaigns from scratch.
• Deep proficiency with modern marketing automation platforms, CRM management, and email marketing software.
• Strong technical ability to integrate disparate tools and platforms using webhooks, APIs, or automation middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Meticulous attention to detail with a disciplined habit of thoroughly testing all links, forms, triggers, and sequences before deployment.
• Resourceful, self-directed learner who can navigate new software and overcome technical challenges independently.
• Proactive, direct communicator who provides clear, consistent status updates without needing constant follow-up.
• Ability to work full-time remote hours aligned with the PST (Pacific Standard Time) schedule.
