Senior AI & Automation Specialist (Level 3) Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred Type of Contract: Full-Time | Permanent Contractor Salary Range: Market Rates Language Requirements: Advanced English – written and spoken Our client is seeking a skilled Senior AI & Automation Specialist (Level 3) with hands-on Claude implementation, AI automation, and production engineering experience to lead AI adoption across multiple MSP environments. You will play a key role in designing, building, deploying, and supporting Claude-powered solutions for MSP partners and their end customers. Your work will directly impact business efficiency by transforming manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes into scalable AI-powered workflows and applications. Key Responsibilities Lead Claude implementations as a repeatable, productized service for MSP partners and their end customers, including discovery, solution design, deployment, documentation, and handoff. Meet directly with business and technical stakeholders, conduct discovery and SWOT sessions, identify business problems, and translate requirements into practical AI solutions. Design and deploy Claude solutions end to end, including use cases, projects, integrations, governance, security, user enablement, and adoption strategies. Build production-ready solutions using Claude Code and the Claude API, including agents, tool use, integrations, prompts, and workflow automation. Develop focused micro-SaaS applications that solve specific business problems for MSPs and their customers, moving ideas from concept to functioning solutions quickly. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex AI implementations and automation workflows, performing root-cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions. Identify automation opportunities, lead projects from scoping through deployment, and advise MSP partners on AI strategy, tool selection, licensing, governance, and long-term technology roadmaps. Must-Have Qualifications Demonstrable hands-on experience building with Claude, with a portfolio item such as a repository, shipped application, live agent, working automation, or micro-SaaS solution that can be reviewed. Proven experience using Claude Code to build finished, functioning solutions rather than experimental prototypes. Senior-level experience building, troubleshooting, and supporting production automation, including the ability to maintain and improve automations created by others. Strong consultative and discovery skills, with the ability to work directly with business owners and stakeholders, ask effective questions, identify root problems, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, business stakeholders, MSP partners, and end customers. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, investigate unfamiliar technologies, and own projects and technical problems through resolution. Strong understanding of AI automation concepts, including workflow design, integrations, agents, prompting, and production support. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in or with MSPs and managing solutions across multiple client environments with varying standards and documentation. Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Rewst, n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI. Experience with other AI tools and platforms, including ChatGPT, Codex, and OpenAI APIs. Experience establishing AI governance, security, supportability, and adoption standards for organizations. Experience building and deploying internal AI tools or customer-facing micro-SaaS products. Demonstrated ability to evaluate new AI capabilities quickly and translate emerging functionality into practical business applications.
