We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help elevate our marketing infrastructure and drive results across our brands. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to support and optimize our automated marketing systems. This role is ideal for a “technical creative” who enjoys both the structure of CRM automation and the craft of writing compelling marketing messages. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey from first touchpoint through long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities Workflow Support & Development: Build, manage, and optimize automated lead nurturing sequences and CRM workflows Content Creation: Write email, SMS, and landing page copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals Platform Management: Support administration of our marketing automation platform (GoHighLevel or similar) Quality Assurance: Test campaigns, links, triggers, and logic to ensure a seamless user experience Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve funnels, engagement, and conversion rates Qualifications & Skills Experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.) Strong writing skills with the ability to drive action and engagement High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Logical thinker with an interest in automation and customer journeys Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Recent graduates with relevant internships or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply Benefits & Culture We offer a supportive, high-performance environment along with a strong benefits package: Flexible Structure: In-person role with Remote Fridays year-round Summer Fridays: Early 3:00 PM finish from Memorial Day through Labor Day Health Coverage: 70% of medical insurance premiums covered by the company Additional Benefits: Dental, vision, and life insurance options Retirement: 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: 15 PTO days annually, with up to 5 days carryover Professional Growth: Ongoing development and learning opportunities Fitness Perks: Complimentary membership at MAX Fitness & Wellness or Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
