As our new Marketing & Communication Intern, you will join the Marketing team and work closely with the Marketing Director and the Digital Marketing Specialist on day-to-day activities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our external outreach and internal communications, ensuring our message resonates across multiple channels. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced technology sector, take on new challenges, and make a tangible impact on our brand growth while operating in a highly collaborative international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the organization of customer and prospect events, webinars, and workshops from conception to execution
• Assist in creating and deploying digital marketing campaigns and internal communications content targeting Sales and Marketing teams
• Help oversee lead management activities and monitor campaign performance via our CRM
• Collaborate on the development of materials for social media, newsletters, and landing pages
• Update databases, reports, and marketing dashboards to inform data-driven strategic decisions
• Coordinate with vendors, partner agencies, and external suppliers to deliver key marketing initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, either completed or nearing completion
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, alongside modern AI-powered tools
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level) and eagerness to learn and collaborate effectively within a team
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools is a plus
• Background or keen interest in event management, corporate communications, and technological innovation within the IT industry is advantageous
