RedefinED helps schools raise more, grow more, and do more, without hiring more. We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and creative marketing professional to communicate our mission and keep our company’s marketing moving.
You’ll coordinate email campaigns, create branded materials, manage our social media presence, and serve as the primary contact for our outside website company. This position supports RedefinED’s company marketing and communications.
What you’ll do
Email campaigns and Salesforce
- Build, format, schedule, and send email campaigns using our Salesforce-connected email tools.
- Manage contact lists and audience segments, ensuring accurate targeting and honoring unsubscribe preferences.
- Proofread content and test links, formatting, and mobile display before sending.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with leadership and business development to keep outreach timely and aligned with company priorities.
Branded materials
- Create flyers, presentations, digital graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistent messaging, fonts, colors, and design across company communications.
- Coordinate branded promotional items, printing, ordering, and outside vendors.
- Keep approved assets and templates organized and accessible to our team.
Social media
- Maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Write, design, schedule, and publish approved company content.
- Gather team photos, school success stories, milestones, and company updates.
- Monitor comments and messages, respond to routine questions, and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Track engagement and recommend improvements.
Website coordination
- Serve as the primary contact for our outside website company.
- Coordinate requests for content updates, new pages, forms, and other website needs.
- Provide approved copy, images, and clear project requirements.
- Track deadlines, review completed updates, and check links and forms.
- Coordinate internally to ensure website inquiries reach the right person.
What you bring
- Required: Hands-on Salesforce experience, including setting up and sending email campaigns through Salesforce or its connected marketing tools, managing contact lists, segmenting audiences, and tracking results.
- At least two years of relevant marketing or communications experience.
- Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, organization, and follow-through.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and coordinate with outside vendors.
- Availability for occasional in-person meetings and team activities.
- Examples of email campaigns, social content, or branded materials you’ve created.
How we work
This is a hybrid position with most work performed from home and occasional in-person attendance as needed.
We value positivity, resourcefulness, and ruthless accountability. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, catches details, meets deadlines, and communicates early when something needs attention.
Success means campaigns go out accurately and on time, our materials consistently reflect our brand, our social channels stay active, and website projects move from request to completion.
Requirements
Applicants must have prior Salesforce experience to be considered.
