Nance Dance is a Copenhagen-based dance community for women, created to bring a little more fun, confidence and spice into everyday life.
We welcome women of all levels, backgrounds, cultures, shapes, sizes and personalities — from girlies taking their very first dance class to dancers performing around Copenhagen. Since starting in 2025, Nance Dance has grown into a community offering weekly dance classes, performance teams, workshops, events and collaborations with brands, companies, artists. And we’re just getting started.

Role Description
We’re looking for a Marketing & Communication Intern who wants hands-on experience and an inside look at what it’s like to build and run a growing dance startup.
You’ll be involved in different parts of the business, including:
The internship is a chance to actually get involved, bring your own ideas and learn by doing.
The start date is flexible to fit with your studies, with a minimum internship period of 3 months. Full-time is preferred, but we’re open to finding the right setup for the right person. The role has a flexible/hybrid setup.
Qualifications
You might be studying Marketing, Communication, Events, Business or something similar, and ideally the internship can be part of your study programme.
