Recognized for the quality and innovation of its premium solutions, the group develops high value-added technical products for the architecture, construction, marine, aerospace and numerous other industrial sectors. As part of a replacement hire, this group is recruiting a Marketing Communications & Community Manager to lead the communication strategy for the India, south-east Asia (excluding China) and Oceania zone. Reporting to: Group Communications Department. Position based in New Delhi. Experience required : minimum 5 years in a similar role, in a B2B environment, industrial sector, with proven exposure to an international context. Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration (MBA a plus). Your responsibilities – South-East Asia Zone: Communication Support the sales force by: designing communication materials, from brief to production (print and digital), in collaboration with the Group Communications team and Product Managers; providing technical support to clients to address their communication needs; acting as the go-to person for CRM-related topics and proposing suitable solutions. Operational marketing Deploy the defined action plan by: ensuring its implementation in each country of the zone; leading the various projects (brochures, website, social media, digital materials, press relations, translations...); organizing events, from concept through to trade show presence and on-site team support; monitoring budgets and making the necessary adjustments; coordinating local initiatives with the Country Managers; measuring and analyzing the performance of communication actions. Community Management Develop and animate communities (exhibitors/visitors, ambassadors and value chain influencers), and design new value propositions tailored to each target. Identify, develop and manage an ecosystem of strategic partners and internal/external service providers, with genuine autonomy in building this network. Drive multichannel communication: professional social media, digital environment, communication materials. Create, coordinate and distribute editorial, visual, video and AI-generated content. Organize and promote events (trade shows, professional gatherings, networking), and track budget and performance indicators (engagement, visibility, influence, community growth). Candidate profile Higher education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, in a B2B environment, within an industrial sector, with proven exposure to an international context Strong project management skills across multiple countries and budget tracking Excellent command of professional English, written and spoken (mandatory) "Digital addict": genuinely passionate about digital tools and industry trends, comfortable with DTP (Desktop Publishing) software, including the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Professional social media management tools and CRM platforms Digital content creation tools and AI/LLM solutions Proficiency in MS Office. Strong autonomy and sense of ownership. Rigorous and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and responsive Ability to bring together diverse stakeholders (sales teams, clients, partners, service providers) and work cross-functionally.
