Job Summary

Nyusoft Solutions is a software development agency expanding two productized white-label offerings — an AI-powered Wellness suite (fitness + nutrition apps) and a Fintech suite (white-label stock/equity trading & portfolio management platforms) — into dedicated, demand-generating business lines.

We're looking for a marketing/GTM consultant who can first diagnose, then prescribe — not someone who arrives with a pre-packaged playbook. The first phase of this engagement is an audit of our current positioning, content, lead sources, and sales conversion; the second phase is building and executing a prioritized GTM roadmap based on that audit.

• Employment Type: Fractional / Part-time Consultant (3-month initial engagement, potential to extend or convert to full-time VP Marketing based on fit and results)

What You’ll Be Doing

Phase 1 : Audit & Diagnosis

• Review current Nyusoft web presence, content, Clutch/review-site standing, and existing case studies (e.g., current fintech and wellness landing pages)
• Analyze current lead sources, close rates, and deal sizes by channel
• Benchmark against direct competitors' positioning, content strategy, and funnel structure
• Deliver a written findings document with a prioritized gap list (not a generic strategy deck)

Phase 2 : Roadmap & Execution Oversight

• Define target segments and positioning for the Wellness and Fintech lines specifically (they have different buyers and should not share one GTM motion)
• Build a phased content/SEO plan, landing page restructuring plan, and trust-signal stack (case studies, reviews, compliance messaging)
• Recommend and help set up the right lead channels (SEO, Clutch/GoodFirms, LinkedIn, partnerships) with realistic effort/cost estimates
• Define KPIs and a reporting cadence; own a monthly review of what's working vs. not
• Guide (not necessarily execute) the in-house team or freelancers doing the actual content/design/ad work

Ongoing

• Monthly strategy review with leadership
• Flag early when something isn't working, with a recommendation to pivot or stop — not just more of the same

What You Bring to the Table

Must-haves

• 5+ years in marketing/GTM roles, with at least one engagement selling productized services (not pure SaaS subscriptions) to SMB/startup/enterprise buyers — ideally at an IT services, dev agency, or outsourcing company
• Demonstrated experience building B2B lead funnels combining SEO content, landing pages, and review-site channels (Clutch, GoodFirms, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working across two different buyer types simultaneously (consumer-adjacent wellness B2B2C vs. compliance-heavy fintech B2B) without collapsing them into one generic strategy. OR we can finalise one out of it and focus the same.
• Able to produce a real audit with specifics (not a templated 20-slide deck) within the first month

Strong pluses

• Prior experience marketing fintech, wealth-tech, or regulated financial products (understands compliance-driven buyer trust signals: SEC/FINRA/SEBI, KYC/AML)
• Experience with health/wellness or consumer app marketing
• Has personally built or scaled an agency's inbound lead engine from a low base (not just managed an already-mature marketing team)
