Move Concierge is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content, digital initiatives, events, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, managing projects from start to finish, creating engaging content, and working cross-functionally with teams across the organization. The Marketing Coordinator will help bring marketing initiatives to life while ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. What You'll Do Coordinate marketing campaigns, projects, promotions, and initiatives from planning through completion. Create, edit, and coordinate content for websites, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral. Support social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content, lists, testing, scheduling, and reporting. Assist with website updates, digital marketing, SEO, and other online marketing initiatives. Help plan and execute company events, conferences, trade shows, community activities, and promotional events. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners to keep projects moving. Organize and maintain marketing materials, creative assets, content libraries, and project documentation. Monitor campaign and digital performance and prepare reports and insights. Conduct basic market, customer, industry, and competitive research. Ensure marketing communications and materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with Move Concierge brand standards. Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Leadership on marketing-related projects. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content, engagement, and campaign performance. Take on additional marketing projects and responsibilities as the business grows. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and editing abilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Creative mindset with an eye for compelling content and visual presentation. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to getting things done. Technology & Creative Skills Experience with some or all the following is a plus: Google Workspace Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud Social media management platforms Website content management systems Email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Stripo, or Chameleon CRM and project management platforms, including Monday CRM Analytics and reporting tools CapCut or other video editing tools DSLR photography and photo editing
