We're Hiring – Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team in developing high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and client-facing content.

📍 Location: Remote

🌙 Shift: Night Shift – aligned with US/PST hours

🕐 Working Hours: As per PST / corresponding IST night shift

💼 Position: Full-Time

📅 Experience: 1+ years

💰 Salary: No fixed salary range – competitive compensation based on experience and skills; no salary constraint for the right candidate.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and production of proposals, presentations, SOQs, and other marketing materials

• Assist with writing, editing, formatting, layouts, graphics, resumes, and schedules

• Organize and maintain marketing images, photos, graphics, and related data

• Ensure proposal and marketing documents are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines

• Maintain required forms and supporting documents for qualifications, proposals, contracts, and marketing activities

• Collect and organize customer feedback for management review

• Maintain sales and marketing performance records and assist with analyzing marketing initiatives

• Develop and distribute sales, training, and marketing materials

• Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Marketing team

🔹 Required Qualifications

✔ Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field

✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business, marketing, promotional sales, customer service, or a related field

✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

✔ Experience creating SOQs, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✔ Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• 5+ years of marketing experience

• Experience with Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Publisher, SharePoint, or MS Project

• Knowledge or experience working within the engineering industry
