Marketing Coordinator

We are hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

We are recruiting a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join their team remotely from the Philippines.

We are looking for someone who can analyse customer data and use those insights to develop effective marketing strategies. Experience in customer segmentation, customer data analysis and developing targeted marketing strategies is essential for this role. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Role details

• Full-time, remote (Philippines-based)
• Starting salary of PHP 50,000 per month, plus standard benefits
• Australian business hours

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer data and use those insights to develop targeted marketing strategies
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects
• Manage social media channels and website updates
• Prepare EDMs and marketing performance reports
• Support product launches and events
• Conduct market research
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
• Maintain marketing assets and documentation

Requirements

Must have:

• Proven experience in customer segmentation, customer data analysis and developing targeted marketing strategies
• Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience

Also required:

• Experience with social media, CMS and EDM platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Well-organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Able to work during Australian business hours
• Experience working with Australian or New Zealand businesses is an advantage.
