Marketing Coordinator / Community Engagement

Start Date: Immediately Reports To: Senior Leadership Location: Flexible / Remote-Friendly Department: Marketing About the Role We're looking for a creative, self-driven marketing person to help tell our story and grow our audience. You'll write, brainstorm, and execute — from social posts to articles to full campaign ideas. This is a great fit for someone who loves coming up with fresh angles and isn't afraid to try something new. We want someone who can identify and create content that gets us noticed in industry communities where our buyers spend time — Reddit, conferences, and industry events. What You'll Do Write and manage social media content (posts, captions, community engagement, replies/DMs) Write articles, blog posts, and other written marketing content Brainstorm and pitch marketing campaigns, promotions, and ad concepts Help create ad copy and creative concepts for digital/social ads Build and engage our community across social platforms Stay on top of trends and bring new ideas to the table regularly What We're Looking For A genuinely creative thinker — someone who can generate ideas, not just execute a checklist Strong writing skills across different formats and tones (social media, articles, ads, etc.), with the ability to work with our AI architects to turn ideas into agents that provide high-quality support for our marketing and community outreach efforts Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow (e.g., for drafting, research, or idea generation) Self-starter who can work with some ambiguity and figure things out Bonus: experience with a small business or startup environment Nice to Have (not required) Experience with design tools Basic knowledge of analytics/social insights Past experience running a brand's social presence
