Marketing Coordinator (Digital & Brand)

Job Description ​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: BRANDING · Work with graphic designers to brief and approve venue artworks and collateral in line with brand · Organise print collateral assets for print advertising and in-venue marketing and signage · Assist with ensuring venue marketing collateral is on brand and up-to-date · Design artworks and create venue templates in Canva as required DIGITAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING · Content creation: o Coordinate photo and video shoots including writing runsheets and ideating moodboards o Coordinate bookings and briefs for event content creation o Edit original content for digital channels (photo and video), staying on top of trends and ensuring we are consistently innovating, monitoring engagements and adapting plans accordingly. · Websites: o Execute website updates, building new web pages for activities and campaigns o Copywriting for websites including blog writing as required · Execute EDMs as required including segmenting audiences, running creative tests and adapting the strategy · Executive venue app updates and push notifications · Social Media: o Assist Group Marketing Executive in managing social media schedules and strategy, in line with brand and content pillars o Work on brand storytelling plans in advance o Write on-brand captions for social media and schedule posts o Oversee social media implementation in line with brand and tone of voice and provide feedback as required o Execute meta ads o Community management o Proactively communicate and identify opportunities relating to social media trends and conduct regular competitor analysis ACTIVATIONS & EVENT MARKETING · Execute marketing campaigns for upcoming activations, events, or promotional tactics. · Coordinate in-venue brand activations as required · Coordinate theming of key calendar events and activations CUSTOMER LOYALTY · Execution of membership and loyalty plans – setting up websites, marketing and promotion initiatives · Assist with ideation and execution of customer loyalty plans and marketing automations
