As part of a high-performing acquisition team, you will play a key role in delivering paid media and content initiatives that generate demand and drive new Card Member acquisition. Working across paid social, direct media, publisher content and other priority channels, you'll collaborate with agency partners, internal stakeholders and platform providers to bring campaigns to life and optimise performance.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Direct Media & Content, you will:

Own the day-to-day management of assigned campaigns, coordinating timelines, creative delivery, implementation requirements, campaign status and stakeholder communications
Act as a key point of contact for agency partners, publishers and internal teams, proactively managing queries, identifying risks and escalating strategic decisions where required
Execute end-to-end acquisition campaigns, from briefing and implementation through to tracking, tagging, measurement and reporting
Work closely with the Paid Search and Programmatic teams to ensure paid channel activity is integrated, aligned and delivering against broader acquisition objectives
Support budget management processes, including media tracking, reconciliations and invoicing
Partner with the Creative Team and agency partners to develop and optimise assets that drive engagement, consideration and conversion across channels
Lead the day-to-day delivery of content initiatives, including customer sourcing, approvals, publisher coordination and paid media implementation
Build strong relationships with publishers and platform partners, keeping up to date with emerging opportunities, products and capabilities
Work closely with Analytics partners to support campaign measurement, attribution and performance reporting
Monitor campaign and creative performance, identify trends and optimisation opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support the launch of new campaigns, products and offers by ensuring all media, tracking and measurement requirements are delivered accurately and on time
