Role Overview As a Marketing Creatives Producer, you'll have plenty of opportunity for research and complete responsibility for your project. Developing your own framework for analyzing creative content will allow you to create better content, and having a good relationship with partners will let you conduct extensive market research. Key Responsibilities Define and shape the creative strategy for one of our projects Set creative production priorities and contribute to planning Lead the creative development process end-to-end: generate hypotheses, select ideas, and oversee production Analyze creative performance and hypotheses, turning findings into actionable insights for the production team Improve creative analytics tools in collaboration with the Marketing Analytics team Monitor and analyze the mobile advertising market, trends, and best practices Maintain the Creative Knowledge Base and share relevant insights with the team Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Extensive experience in a similar role in GameDev, with a portfolio demonstrating successful creative production Deep understanding of the mobile gaming and mobile advertising market Strong knowledge of advertising channels, placements, and performance marketing Solid understanding of end-to-end art, video, and playable ad production Experience working with creative performance data and analytics Hands-on experience using AI tools and generative technologies in creative production workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to generate, prioritize, and evaluate ideas Experience launching creative production for new games from scratch will be a plus Working at Tripledot Fully remote Paid Holiday: Enjoy 20 business days of paid holiday Collaborative and Data-Driven Culture: Work in an environment where strong opinions are welcomed, ideas are challenged constructively, and product decisions are based on metrics and insights Continuous Professional Development: Grow your expertise through professional development opportunities within the company’s learning budget Medical Insurance Compensation: Receive compensation for private medical insurance Sport Compensation: Stay fit and active with partial reimbursement for your gym membership
