The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads, competing with market leaders such as Tinder and Bumble. Hily today: 40M users, 1.5B likes sent, 50M+ matches annually. You will: Analyze large datasets and identify growth opportunities for user acquisition. Implement new methods for evaluating traffic quality and optimize user acquisition approaches. Work day-to-day with the marketing team and specific ad networks. Propose and test hypotheses in practice, with at least two successful hypotheses in the first year. Build and maintain marketing reports, ensuring their stability and accuracy. Optimize code and automate analytical processes. Visualize data to support team decision-making. We'll have a match if you: Have at least 1 year of experience in an analytical role (or completed courses, independent projects, or analytical competitions). Have an analytical mindset and a genuine interest in working with data. Have solid practical SQL skills. Know Python and are ready to use it in your work. Have experience with data visualization. Are ready to solve new tasks independently and take ownership of results. Have an Intermediate or higher level of English. Will be an advantage: Experience in marketing analytics at a product company. Experience building ML models. Experience with ClickHouse. Experience with Tableau or Metabase. Experience with Airflow. Proven achievements such as cases, public projects, or competitions.
