Marketing Data & Attribution Specialist

Location: Remote | EST Type: Contractor / Part-Time with potential to grow About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Marketing Data & Attribution Specialist to help us scale our advertising and content systems with precision. You'll be responsible for ensuring our tracking, reporting, and attribution are airtight across Meta Ads, Hyros, and organic content efforts. This role is ideal for someone who loves numbers, is obsessed with data hygiene, and enjoys building smart systems in Google Sheets to make performance insights crystal clear. Key Responsibilities Meta Ads Tracking & Attribution Manage and optimize ad tracking setup inside Hyros . Ensure attribution is accurate across funnels, campaigns, and platforms. Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and maintain clean data flows. Data Integration & Reporting  Pull precise data from Facebook Business Manager and import into Google Sheets. Maintain structured, clean, and reliable tracking dashboards. Create conditional logic in Google Sheets to flag Good / Bad / Terrible performance metrics so we can spot issues instantly. Organic Content Tracking  Build systems to track performance of organic content across platforms. Create dashboards/reports to connect organic reach, engagement, and leads to downstream results. What We're Looking For  Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Hyros tracking/attribution. Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, conditional logic, automations). Strong understanding of data hygiene accurate , consistent, and organized reporting. Experience in organic content tracking (e.g., social posts, engagement, conversions). Analytical thinker who can translate numbers into insights. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Nice to Have Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.). Experience in marketing agencies or fast-growing startups. Familiarity with other tracking tools (e.g., GA4, UTMs, server-side tracking).
