Position Objectives This strategic role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Regional Wound Care growth strategy across the AMENA region and ensuring markets are aligned against the key strategic priorities required to deliver agreed financial, market share, brand health and profitability targets. This role also ensures marketing investments are translated into sustainable business growth and value creation. The role is accountable for defining portfolio and innovation strategies, identifying growth opportunities, developing scalable consumer (DTC) and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement programmes, and ensuring the effective management of the Wound Care portfolio as part of the Betadine megabrand architecture. The role also supports capability development across the region, fosters responsible adoption of AI-enabled marketing workflows and manages and develops a direct report. Key Responsibilities · Deliver financial targets including Net Sales, EBITDA, SOM and agreed brand health metrics across the Wound Care portfolio within the AMENA region. · Lead the development and execution of regional franchise strategies, annual brand plans and long-term portfolio growth roadmaps. Define portfolio roles, investment priorities and growth plans across markets · Develop integrated Consumer and HCP growth strategies that drive brand preference and conversion across priority channels. Ensure a strong consumer, patient and HCP-centric mindset is embedded across all strategic and operational marketing activities, integrating consumer demand generation and HCP recommendation into one coherent approach. · Ensure a consumer/patient/HCP centric mindset is at the forefront of all brand activity, with the identification and development of compelling consumer/patient/HCP insights. Drive evidence-based decision making through analytics, scenario planning, standard KPIs, performance dashboards · Develop and govern Wound Care brand positioning, message hierarchy, distinct brand assets, communication frameworks and brand guidelines across all AMENA markets, enabling compliant local adaptation within defined guardrails. · Oversee the development of scalable, modular regional assets and toolkits, with clear ownership and version control, to improve marketing effectiveness, speed and reuse across markets. · Partner with Global Innovation, Medical Affairs, RAMA, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Supply and market teams to identify portfolio gaps, innovation opportunities, claims development and market expansion initiatives. · Champion adoption of approved AI-powered marketing tools and workflows across insight generation, content creation, localisation, performance optimisation and reporting. Ensure outputs are validated, human-owned and reviewed in line with data privacy, intellectual property, medical, regulatory and company requirements. · Partner with Commercial Excellence and Finance to optimize portfolio strategy, pricing architecture, revenue growth management and A&P allocation, using clear investment cases, assumptions, payback and risk considerations. · Manage and develop direct report through clear objectives, coaching, performance management, feedback and development planning. · Support the identification and evaluation of external growth opportunities and market expansions Position Requirements · A recognised university degree and/or Masters/MBA qualification. · 12+ years of experience in Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Pharmaceutical or FMCG marketing, with significant experience in regional or multi-market leadership roles (Asia, Europe, Middle East). · Hands on experience with Wound Care brands is strongly preferred – familiarity with category dynamics, regulatory sensitivities, and consumer intimacy in these segments is a meaningful differentiator. · Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand, category and portfolio growth strategies across multiple markets. · Strong understanding of consumer, patient and HCP marketing principles and the ability to integrate them into one growth strategy. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supporting the identification, prioritisation and evaluation of growth opportunities. · Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in business case development, ROI evaluation, pricing, revenue growth management and portfolio strategy. · Experience leading and developing direct report and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work within and lead cross functional teams Personal Attributes · Strong leadership and ownership capability with the ability to set clear direction, build accountability and support talent development · Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical acumen. · Strong learning agility and sound judgement. · Ability to make clear choices and progress decisions in conditions of ambiguity. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Influential and collaborative with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions. · Strongly results oriented with a demonstrable record of success · A self-starter who is flexible and willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done · When faced with a problem, finds constructive solutions · Acts with integrity and is trustworthy Additional Requirements / Working Conditions · Adhere to company values at all times Mandatory Training Requirements · Company Employee Induction – first 2 weeks · Company Corporate Orientation – within the first 6 months · Corporate Compliance as and when required · iNova SOPs - ongoing · Sales and Marketing Code · Knowledge of all Company polices
