dynama is an AI-native broker for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. We prospect, qualify, and land brands' products on new retailers' shelves through a technology-driven approach so lean CPG teams grow faster and spend less.

The role

We work with some of the coolest emerging and established brands across food, beverage, wellness and other categories. We are hiring a Marketing & Events intern to own our conference presence and our marketing efforts to attract brands and talent.

Conferences are huge in CPG - you will own finding the right conferences for us to attend to meet with and expand our customer base of CPG brands, handle scheduling and logistics, and organize dinners and sponsored events
You will organize dinners, sporting/entertainment outings in Austin (+ potentially other areas)
A plus is being able to help with our online ads program

Your first 30 days

Week 1: learn about the CPG industry and the problems dynama solves for brands. Understand which conferences we should attend where our customers go
Week 2: schedule travel to a Food & Beverage conference, outreach to brands to schedule a dynama sponsored dinner/event
Day 30: organize an Austin based event at a restaurant or athletic facility for dynama recruiting or brand marketing

Logistics

15-20 hours per week, in person (downtown Austin, TX), flexible around your class schedule.
