What’s the Opportunity

As Marketing Executive, you will play a key hands-on role owning the channels and touchpoints that keep our agents, customers and property audiences engaged and informed. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product and the wider Marketing team to ensure our brand shows up consistently and our customers are well supported.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, working with multiple channels and stakeholders, and bringing energy, organisation and creativity to everything they do.

How you’ll Play your Part

As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Sales Enablement

  • Enable the sales team through targeted marketing support including marketing collateral and assets to support sustainable growth.

  • Develop and maintain all co-branded collateral for agents and partners.

  • Manage ad hoc marketing requests from Sales, turning briefs around efficiently without compromising on brand quality.

  • Own customer gifting, ensuring it is well planned, excellently executed and delivered on time.

Customer Events

  • Own and co-ordinate all Daft.ie’s customer events end-to-end throughout the year, from planning and logistics through to on-the-day delivery and follow-up.

  • Work with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure events reflect our brand, deliver value for customers and support wider business objectives.

Customer Communications & Reporting

  • Own customer communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely and aligned with customer needs and expectations.

  • Own the PR send of our Daft.ie property reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a smooth experience for every customer.

Partnerships & Content

  • Own our journal.ie partnership, co-ordinating articles that align with our key business objectives and product offerings. From planning and briefing content through to going live with articles and performance tracking.

  • Own our sponsorship of the Journal.ie Property Magazine providing content every week and acting as the main point of contact for the relationship.

  • Work with journal.ie and internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities that showcase Daft.ie’s expertise and support our editorial presence in the property space.

Social Media

  • Own the end-to-end execution of Daft.ie’s social media presence, from content planning and creation through to scheduling, publishing and community management.

  • Keep our social content calendar aligned with wider marketing, brand and commercial priorities, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.

  • Monitor channel performance and engagement, feeding learnings back into future content and campaign planning.

Go-To-Market Support

  • Support the wider marketing team on various go-to-market rollouts for both our agent partners and consumer product launches, helping ensure smooth planning and execution.

What you’ll need to Thrive Here

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and creative Marketing Executive who can confidently own multiple channels and projects at once.

Essential experience and skills:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing execution, coordination or support role, ideally within property, media, SaaS or marketplaces.

  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage several channels and projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Hands-on experience running social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and community management.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across social, customer communications and partner content.

  • Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Customer Support, and comfortable coordinating external partners and suppliers.

  • A proactive, can-do approach, comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Highly beneficial (but not required):

  • Familiarity with the Irish property market.

  • Experience co-ordinating events, gifting or co-branded marketing collateral.
