This role sits within the Regional Marketing team which supports the Global Recruitment Team (GRT) and agent network through integrated marketing activities, including sales enablement, events, social media, digital campaigns, and email marketing, while providing local market expertise for global and direct-to-consumer campaigns within India. Based in India, this role works closely with the Marketing Manager, India to support marketing activities for Oxford International India and the Global Recruitment Team to achieve business objectives. Job specification We are looking for a Marketing Executive with experience in client relationship management, social media marketing, collateral development, digital campaigns, events and customer marketing - across both business and consumer audiences. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, with experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and campaign execution. Higher education marketing experience is an advantage. Main Duties and Responsibilities Organic Social Media The incumbent manages OI India’s organic social media presence by planning content calendars, creating and publishing content, engaging with audiences, monitoring performance, and ensuring all activity aligns with brand and marketing objectives. Content Creation & Copywriting This role produces high-quality marketing collateral and engaging content for print and digital use across social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing channels, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Website Management (WordPress) The incumbent manages and maintains website content using WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, user-friendly, SEO optimised, and aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives. Digital Marketing Together with the Regional Marketing Manager, India, this role delivers digital marketing activities, including paid campaigns, lead generation, content planning, and marketing funnels across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn, using performance insights to optimise results. Data Analysis & Reporting This role will monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on insights in coordination with Regional Marketing Manager India. Vendor & Production Management You will collaborate with printers, creative vendors, and external partners while managing quality, timelines, and budgets. Event & Stakeholder Coordination This role coordinates webinars, events, podcasts, vendors, influencers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Person Specifications Statutory requirements Eligibility to live and work in India; Undergo PCC Experience and knowledge Two to three years of experience of working in a marketing role. Other: Skills, Abilities, Personal Qualities Data driven decision making India marketing expertise with some international marketing experience desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, creative thinker who stays current with digital trends and continuously seeks opportunities to improve marketing performance and brand engagement. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outputs. Desirable to have: Knowledge of the education sector, Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Experience in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
