Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys understanding why campaigns perform the way they do, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and is comfortable making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance across key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization opportunities based on data.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Events, Domain Verification, and conversion tracking.
• Build and optimize landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
• Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad creatives, messaging, and campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity, research, and creative ideation.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Events, and Domain Verification.
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience using WordPress and Elementor.
• Familiarity with Canva and Shopify.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lead Generation campaigns.
• Understanding of attribution and conversion tracking.
• Experience conducting A/B tests and analyzing results.
• Basic copywriting skills for performance marketing.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and marketing funnels.
