About the OpportunityBE Associates is recruiting a Content & Marketing Executive to work exclusively with one of our UK-based technology clients operating across artificial intelligence, behavioural intelligence, sales and commercial performance.
We are looking for someone creative, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a creative, marketing or digital agency-style business, where they have been exposed to multiple channels, fast turnaround times and a variety of content formats.
The RoleWorking directly with the CEO, development and sales teams, you will be responsible for turning ideas, product developments, market insights and customer conversations into engaging content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating written and visual content across LinkedIn, email, website and other digital channels
- Turning CEO and leadership ideas into polished, commercially relevant content
- Managing the company's day-to-day marketing channels and content calendar
- Repurposing long-form content into shorter posts and campaign assets
- Supporting email marketing, newsletters and product campaigns
- Creating basic graphics, presentations and short-form visual content
- Tracking content performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
- Working closely with sales and development teams to understand customers, products and market trends
AI & AutomationPractical experience using AI and automation tools is essential.
You should be comfortable using platforms such as:
- Claude
- ChatGPT
- AI research and content-generation tools
- Marketing automation platforms
- Zapier, Make, n8n or similar tools
We are particularly interested in candidates who already use AI to research, create, repurpose and distribute content more effectively.
What We're Looking For- Excellent written and spoken English
- Previous experience in a creative, marketing or digital agency environment
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience managing social media and digital marketing channels
- Confident using AI and automation tools
- Creative, commercially minded and naturally curious
- Comfortable working directly with CEOs and senior teams
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in AI, technology and modern marketing
Experience within B2B technology, SaaS, AI or a high-growth business would be advantageous.
Working Hours & LocationHours: 10:00am – 6:00pm CET
Location: Pristina, Kosovo
The successful candidate will work full-time from the office for their first three months to support onboarding, training and integration with the team.
Following the initial three-month period, the role will move to a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week.
