Marketing Executive

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING GENIUS 🧠🥛

Small dairy brands. Big ambition.

We’re looking for someone who can take two great little New Zealand dairy brands, Re and Cyclops, and make people bloody love them.

Someone who sees a tub of yoghurt and thinks:

“How do we make people stop scrolling?”

“How do we make them want to try it?”

“How do we turn customers into raving fans?”

THE ROLE

This isn't just a social media job.

You'll be the Marketing Executive for Re and Cyclops, working closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team to bring the brands to life day-to-day.

Social media and content will be a big part of the role, but you'll also get stuck into:

■ Campaigns and promotions

■ Content creation and creative development

■ Email marketing and website updates

■ Influencer and creator collaborations

■ Events, tastings and activations

■ Retail and trade marketing

■ Product launches

■ PR and brand partnerships

■ Coming up with new ideas to get people talking about our brands

You'll have support from our Marketing Manager and wider team, but we're looking for someone who can take ownership, run with an idea and make things happen.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:

■ Has big ideas and actually knows how to execute them

■ Understands what makes people buy

■ Is obsessed with great food, brands and storytelling

■ Can create content that feels fresh, funny, clever and authentic

■ Knows their way around Instagram, TikTok and the social landscape

■ Isn't afraid to try something different

■ Can turn a small budget into a bloody big impact

■ Has that rare combination of creative brain + commercial brain

■ Is organised, proactive and happy to get stuck into whatever needs doing

We want someone hungry. Someone entrepreneurial. Someone who looks at a small brand and sees what it could become.

THE DETAILS

📍 Location: Flexible - ideally based in Canterbury and willing to be in Leeston once or twice a week, but will consider remote for the right person

💰 $65,000–$75,000 + potential performance bonus, depending on experience

⏰ Part-time or full-time, depending on the right person

👋 Reports to: Marketing Manager
