About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to engage with prospective clients, and the ability to support lead generation and customer relationship activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Perform cold calling to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
• Plan and execute email campaigns to reach prospective customers and promote company services.
• Manage and maintain CRM records, ensuring all leads, interactions, and follow-ups are updated accurately.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and emails and maintain regular communication.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in lead conversion.
• Prepare and maintain reports on leads, calls, email campaigns, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and smooth lead management.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and communicating with prospective clients.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and CRM management.
• Good research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
