Job Title: Recruitment Marketing & Account Executive – SAP Education & Training Location: Remote (India) Target Market: North America / Global Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Training & Education Sales Job Overview: SAPSOL Technologies is seeking an energetic, commercially minded Recruitment Marketing & Account Executive to generate, counsel, and convert prospective students into our industry-recognized SAP Training, Project Simulation, and Placement Support Programs (TPSP). Responsibilities: Proactively source and engage potential learners via LinkedIn, social channels, and direct outreach. Follow up promptly and professionally on inbound leads provided by the company. Deliver tailored career counseling sessions to showcase SAP module benefits and ROI. Handle objections, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and close paid registrations. Track daily activities, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics in the CRM. Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in EdTech sales, training/education sales, student counseling, or recruitment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for North American engagement. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly enrollment quotas. Self-starter mindset with strong outbound prospecting skills. Basic familiarity with SAP modules or IT careers is preferred.
