About the role:

We’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to help bring our shopper marketing programs to life across retail and on-premise channels.


You’ll be part of our team based in Balmain, working flexibly across the office and remotely. Working closely with Brand, Sales, Category and external partners, you’ll support campaigns from brief through to execution, helping drive shopper engagement, brand presence and sales.


This is a fast-paced role with plenty going on, so it’s a great fit for someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, working with lots of different people and making sure the details are taken care of.


What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of shopper marketing campaigns across retail and on-premise channels
  • Coordinating timelines, briefs, approvals and asset delivery with agencies and internal teams
  • Supporting the development, production and delivery of POS, retailer catalogues, GWP and on-premise assets
  • Maintaining marketing asset libraries and inventory
  • Supporting Sales and Account Managers with retailer activation plans
  • Producing the Territory Manager newsletter
  • Supporting campaign tracking, budgets and invoice processing
  • Making sure all materials meet ABAC requirements


What you’ll bring:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in shopper, trade or brand marketing, ideally within FMCG or beverage
  • Experience coordinating POS production and working with agencies and suppliers
  • A good understanding of retail and on-premise channels
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while keeping an eye on the detail
  • Confidence working with numbers, including budgets, invoices and campaign reporting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build great working relationships
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field
  • Knowledge of ABAC would be a bonus
