Job Description We are looking for an energetic, curious, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive Intern to join our team in Bangkok. This internship is a hands-on learning experience where you won't just sit on the sidelines—you will actively contribute to live client campaigns. You will assist our strategy and marketing team with content creation, influencer outreach, and digital market research. Content Marketing Support Content Creation: Draft engaging short-form copy for social media posts, campaign concepts, and digital platforms across clients. Creative Coordination: Work closely with the Content and Design teams to ensure visual assets align with campaign messaging. Trend Monitoring: Keep track of digital, TikTok, and social media trends to brainstorm fresh content ideas for client accounts. 2. Influencer Marketing & Operations KOL / Influencer Sourcing: Discover, research, and evaluate relevant influencers and creators across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook matching client target audiences. Outreach & Management: Support the execution of influencer campaigns, including initial contact, sending briefs, tracking product delivery, and following up on post deadlines. Campaign Tracking: Collect performance metrics and links from influencer posts to assist with campaign summary reports. 3. Market Research & Strategy Support Industry & Competitor Audits: Conduct desk research on consumer trends, market landscapes, and competitor strategies to support pitch proposals and client strategic reports. Data Gathering: Collect data points, campaign metrics, and case studies to help draft client presentation decks. Qualifications Education: Current university student (3rd or 4th year) or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Availability: Minimum commitment of 6 months (full-time internship preferred). Passion for Digital: Strong interest in social media, digital marketing trends, content strategy, and influencer culture. AI Curiosity: Eager to use modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up research, brainstorming, and copy generation. Tool Skills: Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office. Experience with Canva or basic editing software is a plus. Language: Native-level fluency in Thai with good reading and writing skills in English (for internal communication and research). Mindset: Proactive, willing to learn, organized, and possesses a strong attention to detail.
