Make Your Mark at Ipsos

Are you a creative marketer who loves turning ideas and insights into engaging content? Do you enjoy social media, digital marketing and bringing campaigns to life? If you’re looking for a varied role with international exposure where you can make a visible impact, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:

Join the central Ipsos Synthesio global team in this creative and varied marketing role, helping to build awareness of Ipsos Synthesio and generate new business opportunities. Ipsos Synthesio is a social listening platform that captures and analyses what people say and search for online across channels including social media, forums, video, blogs, news and reviews.

You’ll help bring our story to life across LinkedIn, our website, YouTube and other channels, owning and delivering the content calendar and creating everything from insight blogs and visual social content to videos and scripts. You’ll also support webinars, client sessions and industry events, coordinate customer case studies and the Ipsos Synthesio newsletter, and contribute to paid social campaigns and audience targeting.

Based in London in a global role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across local markets, marketing, product marketing, client enablement, business development and sales. You’ll also use performance insights to understand what’s working and help optimise future marketing activity.

About you:

Essential skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities while communicating clearly with colleagues.
  • Creative, proactive and quality-focused, with an eye for engaging marketing content.
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns and supporting audience targeting.
  • Digitally savvy, with experience using B2B social media such as LinkedIn, publishing online content and working with virtual webinar technology.
  • Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks, including the ability to critically assess and refine AI-generated content.

Desirable skills:

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or a digital marketing environment.
  • Understanding of the consumer insights, marketing and digital marketing landscape.
  • Familiarity with social listening platforms and Boolean queries.
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva.
  • Understanding of website and marketing performance tools such as Google Analytics.

Behaviours:

You’ll bring the Ipsos behaviours to life by:

  • Integrity: taking pride in delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments.
  • Curiosity: looking for new, innovative and agile ways to approach marketing challenges.
  • Collaboration: working effectively with colleagues across UK and global teams.
  • Client First: keeping client and commercial needs front of mind.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: bringing creative thinking, commercial awareness and flexibility to your work.

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you as an individual. Our standard benefits include 25 days annual leave, pension contribution, income protection and life assurance. In addition, there are a range health & wellbeing, financial benefits and professional development opportunities.

We have a hybrid approach to work and ask people to be in the office or with clients for 3 days per week. We appreciate you may have commitments outside of work and will consider flexible working applications - please highlight what you are looking for when you make your application.

We are committed to equality, treating people fairly, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment and ensuring we have diversity of people and views. We recognise that this is important for our business success - a more diverse workforce will enable us to better reflect and understand the world we research and ultimately deliver better research and insight to our clients. We are proud to be a member of the Disability Confident scheme, certified as a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer. We provide an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.

Your application will be reviewed by someone from our Talent Team who will be in touch either way to let you know the outcome.
