Marketing Executive - Woodhouse Workspace Own the day-to-day marketing of this design-led brand. Woodhouse Workspace designs and delivers workspace projects, and their brand runs on the same high standard they hold their design to. Their Marketing Manager goes on leave in December and they’re looking for someone to keep the whole programme running while she's out, not just hold the fort. The opportunity There's a full marketing plan already in place, brand, digital, content, campaigns, events, all mapped out before the handover starts. What the brand needs is someone who can pick that plan up and actually run it: HubSpot, the website, social, the events calendar, agency relationships, all of it. This carries more scope than a typical Executive role. You'll report to the Managing Director during the cover period, make the day-to-day calls yourself, and know when something needs escalating rather than guessing. Once the Marketing Manager returns, you stay on as part of a two-person marketing function. The role You'll own HubSpot end to end, emails, landing pages, workflows, database quality, reporting. You'll run the external events programme from invite to follow-up. You'll support three different go-to-market channels with campaign material and content. And you'll be the one keeping external agencies (brand, web, film, PR) on brief, on budget and on brand. What you'll actually do Build, test and send emails, eshots and newsletters, from list selection through to scheduling Build and maintain landing pages, forms and calls to action Set up and improve automated workflows for lead nurture and follow-up Keep the database clean, segmented and GDPR compliant Report on campaign performance, engagement and conversion Update website content and flag trends from analytics Deliver integrated campaigns to plan, timeline and budget Support account based marketing, building target lists and tracking engagement Write and edit copy for eshots, social, case studies and award entries Plan, schedule and post LinkedIn content, including paid activity Coordinate and run events end to end: venues, suppliers, guest lists, on the day delivery, follow-up Brief and manage external agencies and suppliers, checking their output before it goes out Track marketing spend, raise POs, report monthly against KPIs What we're looking for Relevant experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a small team where you've worn more than one hat Hands-on HubSpot experience (or a comparable platform), building emails, landing pages, forms and workflows Confident copywriter, you'll be trusted to write without heavy sign-off Comfortable running LinkedIn for a business, organic and paid Can read campaign and website data and do something with it Organised and able to manage competing projects and deadlines A good eye for design, this is a design-led business and it shows in everything they send out Genuine self-direction, comfortable deciding within a plan and knowing when to escalate Nice to have Experience in workplace design, fitout, architecture, construction or commercial property Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Experience briefing external agencies directly PR or media relations exposure 💸 Salary: £30,000-35,000 depending on experience 🏡 Logistics: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (hybrid working) with regular travel to London for events, client meetings, project photography and site visits.
