Support branding, content creation, and digital marketing for an AI-driven mortgage, real estate, and lending technology business. This internship is designed for students or early-career candidates interested in fintech, real estate, mortgage lending, AI tools, and startup marketing. You'll see firsthand how a mortgage and real estate business builds brand awareness, communicates complex financial topics, and runs campaigns across website content, email, and community channels.

What you'll do

• Assist with drafting short-form educational content, newsletters, and website copy.
• Research mortgage, real estate, AI, and fintech marketing trends.
• Help organize content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Support creation of marketing materials for borrowers, real estate agents, and business partners.
• Assist with competitor research and brand positioning analysis.
• Help test and improve customer-facing messaging for loan application and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with the AI engineering and UI design interns to align messaging with product features.
  
  

What you'll learn

• Content marketing for mortgage, real estate, and fintech services.
• Digital campaign planning and execution.
• Consumer education content around home buying, refinancing, and lending workflows.
• Basic SEO, landing page strategy, and lead-generation funnels.
• Brand positioning for a new financial services company.
• Responsible marketing and compliance-sensitive messaging in mortgage and real estate.
  
  

What we're looking for

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Interest in real estate, mortgage lending, fintech, or AI tools.
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus, but not required.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn compliance-sensitive marketing practices.
