Marketing Intern

Company : Industrial Scientific Location: No preference Duration: from 3 months Role Overview Industrial Scientific is looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to support the organization, structure, and quality of marketing and sales data across EMEA. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, this role is focused on maintaining clean, reliable systems in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring campaigns and leads are properly managed and aligned. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes. Key Responsibilities · Maintain and organize data in HubSpot (lists, contacts, campaign assets etc) · Support campaign setup from an operational perspective (uploading lists, structuring data, basic checks) · Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing activities · Work in Salesforce to: o Review and qualify inbound leads o Clean and update records (duplicates, missing fields, inconsistencies) o Support lead routing and proper data structure o Assist with campaign and lead tracking · Ensure alignment and data consistency between HubSpot and Salesforce Requirements · Initial hands-on experience with HubSpot (internship, coursework, or projects) · Familiarity with Salesforce (comfortable navigating and updating records) · Strong attention to detail and structured way of working · Interest in marketing operations, CRM systems, and data quality · Ability to execute tasks independently once briefed Nice to Have · Exposure to B2B marketing environments · Basic understanding of lead management processes · French language skills are a plus What You’ll Gain · Practical experience with leading CRM and marketing platforms · Exposure to real business processes across marketing and sales · Understanding of how data supports pipeline and revenue Note to Applicants: This internship is unpaid and is designed to provide hands-on experience and learning opportunities rather than financial compensation.
