Responsibilities will include: Execution of tactical marketing plans including advertising, direct mail, email, online and PR campaigns Liaising with exhibitors and external partners, such as designers, printers, and mailing houses, to support the production and timely distribution of promotional materials Support event-related communication tasks, social media management and engagement Ongoing maintenance and development of event websites and app Working closely with members of the sales and operations teams to ensure the relevance and timely delivery of all marketing activity Coordinate event support staff, including recruitment and on-site activities Assist with collecting and organizing materials from exhibitors, sponsors, and partners The ideal candidate will: Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Marketing or Event Management. Be Native Italian speaker or near-native level (C2 or equivalent) Be Fluent in English (spoken and written) Be extremely organised and able to multi-task across a number of projects simultaneously Ensure attention to detail Be a team player – who can also work on their own initiative Have a strong drive for continuous improvement About Us: Easyfairs is a global event company based in Europe and the USA.
