Our tagline: Where Action Meets Impact. Position Summary ExeQut is hiring a Marketing Lead to own and run our marketing function end to end. You will take over an established, well-organized operation and grow it, reporting directly to the founder. This is a hands-on, full-stack role covering content, demand generation, the named-account program, and reporting, with no team beneath you. What You Will Do Maintain a consistent publishing cadence: roughly three LinkedIn posts a week across the founder and company accounts Produce the monthly newsletter ("The Regulated AI Brief"), one new anchor asset, and its repurposed derivative pieces Create short-form video, and run a quarterly webinar and an invite-only quarterly roundtable Manage the full review and approval process — every external claim, figure, and statistic is traced back to an approved source register; founder-voice content is approved by the founder, technical content by the relevant subject-matter expert Guide prospects along the funnel: content free self-assessment or newsletter executive briefing paid engagement Build and maintain a named-account list supported by account research, keeping the top of the funnel healthy Own monthly reporting: pull data from GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn, and email; report against targets; keep cadence adherence at 85%+ Manage channels: LinkedIn (primary), X (repurposed content), email (Brevo), website forms/landing pages, and speaking submissions Maintain audience mix at roughly 60% healthcare, 25% federal, and 15% Saudi Arabia and other Coordinate with the founder (brand voice, final approval), subject-matter experts (technical review), and colleagues managing likeness-consent and AI/integration review Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B demand-generation marketing Experience running content and demand generation for a considered, high-trust B2B sale (e.g., professional services, consulting, or technical products) Strong writing and editing skills — able to turn a rough draft into polished, accurate copy in someone else's voice on a technical subject, without introducing unsupported claims Comfortable producing across formats: writing, short-form video, and clean, on-brand visuals, without a dedicated videographer or designer Analytical fluency in GA4, Search Console, and channel analytics, with the ability to interpret data and make decisions from it Comfortable operating independently and owning outcomes rather than waiting for direction Able to work effectively within compliance-driven approval processes Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing to regulated industries (healthcare, federal/public sector, or financial services) Experience running account-based marketing (ABM) programs Familiarity with Brevo or comparable email marketing platforms Soft Skills & Work Expectations Fluent English communication (written and verbal) Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight, while staying aligned with founder and SME review cycles Role Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (aligned with USA time zones) Working Days: Monday - Friday Hiring Timeline: Immediate If you're passionate about clean code, scalable systems, and leading impactful backend projects, we'd love to have you on board, let's build something great together!
