Job Description Responsabilidades: -Contribuir a difundir el mensaje de marca correcto en toda la organización global, concesionarios, medios de comunicación, agencias, etc. - Asegurar que todos los materiales de marketing creativos cumplan con las estrictas directrices de la marca. - Realizar estudios de mercado y analizar datos para obtener información valiosa sobre marketing y descubrir datos clave sobre el consumidor y oportunidades competitivas. - Generar ideas y desarrollar campañas de marketing creativas para diversos productos de GM, incluyendo vehículos, accesorios, repuestos, servicios, etc. - Coordinar con proveedores externos para la ejecución de eventos y campañas promocionales. - Mantener y actualizar el contenido creativo corporativo. - Establecer y mantener relaciones tanto internas como externas, por ejemplo: CRM, agencias, socios de GM, etc. - Responsable de la estrategia y ejecución de comunicación para todas las unidades de negocio y servicios, incluyendo vehículos, servicios y postventa. -Liderar campañas para generar tráfico a los canales de venta del mercado (digital, retail y flotas) con el objetivo de alcanzar las metas de ventas mensuales por modelo. Requisitos excluyentes: Educación: Graduado universitario con énfasis en Marketing, Publicidad o Comunicaciones. Experiencia: Directa en otras disciplinas empresariales, como eventos, redes sociales, marketing de influencia, gestión digital, plataformas, producto o retail. Experiencia en liderazgo directo de equipos e indirecto en estructuras matriciales Minimo 5 años de experiencia Microsoft Office: nivel intermedio. Inglés: nivel avanzado. Contar con licencia de conducir activa. Disponibilidad para trabajar en Santiago, Ciudad Empresarial, Chile en régimen híbrido (3 veces por semana presencial). Requisitos deseables: MBA, Posgrado en Marketing, Inteligencia de Negocios, Digital o afín. Se valora la experiencia en empresas del sector automovilístico, retail, maquinaria pesada, grandes coporativos Conocimiento de marketing digital, redes sociales, eventos y medios.
