The Opportunity As Marketing Lead, LATAM, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the regional marketing strategy across one of our most important growth markets. You'll own regional campaigns, events and digital marketing initiatives that directly influence pipeline growth, customer engagement and commercial outcomes. Working closely with global Marketing and regional Sales leaders, you'll shape how our brand connects with customers across Spanish-speaking markets while accelerating your career within a global technology business. Partner with senior Sales and Marketing leaders to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Drive regional strategy while leveraging the scale of a global marketing function. Build meaningful connections with mining customers through impactful campaigns and events. Expand your influence across international teams, products and markets. What you need to succeed Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English communication skills. Five or more years' experience delivering successful B2B marketing programs across multiple channels and markets. Proven experience managing digital campaigns, events and integrated marketing initiatives. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to measure marketing performance and ROI. Experience developing marketing plans and managing budgets linked to commercial outcomes. Exceptional stakeholder management and project delivery skills across multiple teams. A proactive, organised and adaptable approach with a passion for delivering results.
