About the role: We’re now looking for a Marketing Lead Ukraine to elevate Versuni's presence across the country. This is a business-critical leadership opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and drive business growth across one of the most diverse and dynamic markets. As one of the business owners you will lead the marketing agenda with end-to-end accountability for portfolio strategy, P&L performance, competitive positioning, consumer engagement, and channel strategy while working for an industry leader that doesn't just follow trends but sets them! Location: we’re looking to hire a candidate based in Kyiv area The impact you’ll make: • Lead 18-month rolling forecast outlook in line with category ambitions and market dynamics • Drive portfolio strategy, ensuring the right product positioning and competitive pricing to drive profitable business growth • Localize global strategies based on deep consumer insights derived from market and data analytics • Own and manage marketing budgets to ensure achievement of strategic business and marketing goals • Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing strategies working in close collaboration with Media and Shopper marketing teams, to build a strong brand funnel from awareness to conversion • Represent the business in front of the business customers, i.e. distributors, retailers building and executing sales plans together with Sales team • Lead and nurture a high-performing team of 2 Marketiers • Design and maintain a high-performing workflow between internal teams and external agencies • Analyse local and global market trends to create and sustain competitive advantage • Coordinating with both local and global executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility The skills and knowledge you’ll bring: • Solid relevant marketing ( BTC ) experience, preferably gained in consumer goods industry • Global consumer electronics industry background is a differentiator • Highly effective project management skills • Proven agency management expertise • Team management experience is a must have • Effective global stakeholder management skills • Skilled at managing marketing budgets and act towards business objectives • Initiative taker with high ownership to drive category growth • Fluent English in both spoken and written language • Based locally and able to come to the office 2-3 days a week when safe What we’ll give you in return: • Competitive base salary and overall benefits package • Hybrid working model | effectively combining working from the office & home, depending on team dynamics and personal needs • High growth environment | offering exciting learning and development perspectives beyond your first role • Inclusive working culture | we embrace our international community & diversity as competitive advantage Ready to make an impact?
