Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Due to continued expansion of our operations, we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team of talented individuals! The Marketing Manager is an incremental part of the Marketing Team will be responsible to: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. Lead and manage the marketing department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring team output aligns with business priorities and campaign goals. Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social, paid media, email, partnerships, and content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, content, performance, and affiliate marketing—to ensure cohesive, data-driven campaign execution. Coordinate with the affiliate marketing and partnership teams to support scalable partner growth and campaign alignment. Collaborate with developers to ensure that website updates, landing pages, and product marketing materials accurately reflect the brand strategy and performance goals. Effectively manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI. Analyze marketing data, compile performance reports, and present insights to the Head of Marketing to guide future strategy and decision-making. Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and vendors to optimize campaign delivery and performance. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence. PERSON SPECIFICATION: 2-4 years hands-on Marketing Management or related leadership experience, ideally in digital-first environments. Experience in the Forex/ Prop Trading industry or with financial products is a must. Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth. Firm grasp of digital marketing, content, paid media, and brand positioning. Effective leader with experience coaching, delegating, and motivating teams. Excellent communicator and organized collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in fast-paced, global environments.
