Marketing Manager

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Pune (Hybrid Work - 2 days in office, 4 days WFH)

Experience: 2 years

Key Responsibility

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s image.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and optimize marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).
• Deep knowledge and experience in brand marketing and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Additional languages are a bonus but not required).
• An MBA in Marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  
  

Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week (Hybrid work setup, with a possibility of moving to full-time office work in the next 6 months)
