𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own growth end-to-end. Marketing at Oobyte has so far been founder-led, with traction in paid social and a strong built-in referral loop. Your mandate is to take it over and open up every channel that makes sense for a cash-rewards product — with a special focus on affiliate marketing and performance media buying, where products like ours thrive.
You'll report directly to the founder, start with one direct report, and grow the team as channels prove out. This is a hands-on role: you set the strategy and you ship the campaigns.
