Marketing Manager

Solarabic is a leading renewable energy media and knowledge platform serving the MENA region. We connect industry professionals through news, webinars, events, research, and digital content that accelerates the clean energy transition.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Manager based in Pakistan to join our team. This role combines account management with client-facing communication, content localization, webinar moderation, and event coordination.

• Manage relationships with assigned clients and partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent client communication and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects and campaigns on time in Pakistan.
• Manage client’s social media pages in both English and Urdu.
• Collect and analyze data regarding campaign reach, engagement, and consumer behavior to provide clients with actionable insights and monthly reports.
• Proactively resolve any service issues and audit all client-facing deliverables.

• Moderate live webinars professionally in English and/or Urdu.
• Coordinate with speakers before and during sessions.
• Ensure webinars run smoothly and maintain audience engagement.

• Record professional voice-overs for videos, webinars, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Translate content accurately between English and Urdu while maintaining technical accuracy and brand tone.
• Perform interviews in both English and Urdu in events in Pakistan.



• Serve as the primary point of contact for physical events and exhibitions in Pakistan.
• Coordinate logistics with partners, organizers, vendors, and attendees.
• Represent Solarabic professionally during industry events when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Urdu (spoken and written) is required.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client relations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, project management tools (Flowlu, Asana, Trello, or Slack), and paid ad campaigns tools.
• A solid understanding of social media management tools, community engagement metrics, and how digital marketing impacts the B2B renewable industry.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking in front of live audiences and moderating online events.
• Experience with translation and voice-over work is a strong advantage.
• Technical knowledge or experience in renewable energy, solar energy, or the clean energy sector is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
