The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the go-to-market best practice, management, execution and iteration of Loyalty’s direct marketing activity. This role requires a high-level understanding of the business goals for Qantas Loyalty and a deep understanding of how to drive maximum engagement and performance through email, SMS and on site/in app activation. You​’ll also coach and guide marketing coordinators and graduates, fostering a high-performance culture to build deep subject matter expertise. You will drive impactful campaigns that engage members and consistently exceed targets across all business verticals.​​ ​ You'll have: 3-5 years’ demonstrated direct/digital marketing experience Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Business.​ ​ Sound understanding of campaign reporting and analysis techniques. Ability to deal with fast-paced environments and excel under pressure​.​ A proactive, experimental mindset to optimise campaign performance​.​ Proven leadership and high-impact coaching capabilities​.​ Demonstrated experience in dealing with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations and Data & Analytics​.​ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
