Marketing Manager (Remote, Malaysia with occasional travel to Singapore)

Holos is a Singapore-based integrated growth and marketing partner. We work with businesses in high-consideration categories, where buyers research carefully and trust builds over months: wealth preservation, building materials, interior design, specialist retail.

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to run delivery across 5 to 7 client accounts with 10 to 12 BAUs each. Our MD sets strategy and direction. Our Creative Director owns concept and creative. You make it happen by coordinating with the right people, and hold the calendar.

The work

• Own the agency delivery calendar. Sequence work, manage capacity, surface conflicts early
• Brief and manage freelance editors, designers, and developers
• Content production support after concept lock: footage handover, format briefs, simple edits, first-draft review
• Meta and Google campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting
• Influencer and UGC sourcing, briefing, tracking
• Shopify and WordPress builds, landing pages, launch QA
• Design and print production coordination (rarely)

The ideal candidate

• At least 3 years in marketing, agency or client-services
• Strong project and capacity management. Systems, not memory. This is the core of the role
• Confident client facing. Leading meetings on smaller accounts, supporting on larger ones
• Working competence in content production coordination and paid media setup. Willing to learn influencer, web, and print
• Strong written and spoken English. Chinese and Malay useful
• Comfortable working remote, on Singapore hours

The team and opportunity

We're a small, senior team, so you sit close to the MD and Creative Director and see how strategy and creative decisions actually get made in an agency. Clear path toward leadership as you take on more.

Remote in Malaysia, Singapore business hours. Travel to Singapore once or twice a month for a few days, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.
